Katie, a long-time runner, fell into indoor cycling as a way to cross-train and build endurance. She wants to push her riders as hard as they can go, so that they can reach their goals. Just getting to the gym is a lot more than most people do, so she wants her riders should feel proud, strong, and confident whether it’s was their first time or their hundredth.
